Problems with hotel amenities 
The food wasn't that good and flies on the food 
The hours for the food was not accurate cause supposedly it said that restaurant by pool or beach was till 5 and nothing was open so we had to leave without eating.. so basically the pass includes only breakfast and lunch.. 
At least the beach and pool was good

The staff is wonderful, the beach, the pool, the  bars, the food in one word,

I loved the resort, the attention, the entertainment. I would like them to improve the lunch buffet (it wasn't bad) and add more beach chairs. I would like to go back.

My wife and I had the opportunity to visit this hotel for a day pass, we booked it last minute but that wasn't an issue, the service is what I give the highest note, but the pool, the drinks, the beach was amazing aswell. I'm not giving a 5 stars because of the food (It wasn't bad but simple).

Loved that we where treated as they were expecting us, there was a lot of people but it didn't feel crowded, even this being the Easter weekend.

I would definitely go back if I have the opportunity.

Great service

The resort made us feel unwelcome. We were on a night pass and kept being asked for our room number. Even though we had on the resort band. We had to ask several ppl for service and some were nicer than others but majority ignored us because we did not have a room number. I am really thinking about asking for a refund for my next 3 passes at this resort. Don't waste your time!

Save your money!

Overall, a great experience. Pool and grounds are beautiful, food was excellent - much better than expected - service was great and the ocean swimming was fine. Water was cloudy and there wasn't any fish to look at. We were coming from the Amber Cove cruise port and this was about a 30 minute drive by taxi that was 80.00 USD return.   Property itself felt safe, however if you wandered off the property it got sketchy really fast.
