We had a great time renting cabana space for 8.   We stayed at AirBnb in town and wanted a nice resort/beach day.   The staff was very welcoming from the front desk to the servers and  cabana staff.  Couldn't have asked for a better experience.  

Great Amenities!

Overall very clean and the staff was great. Its nice to have a resort day during our stay since we are staying near zona romantica. Great change of pace. Highly recommended. The iguanas on the property are another fun aspect of the resort.

Beautiful resort, easy to get to. Got the cabana on a cruise stopover and was a great day 

Great experience 

We had such a great time on our day at the resort. Adriana and staff were the most amazing and hospitable weve ever encountered. Always checked on us to make sure we were taken care off. We will definitely be back. 

Great location. Great service!

We spent a lovely day at the Westin Puerto Vallarta, from the cruise port. The pools were spotless and warm. The cabanas were nice and raised, offering a gorgeous view of the Pacific. The pool attendant was attentive and friendly. Lunch and drinks were good also. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Resort

My boyfriend and I purchased a day pass for our last day in Puerto Vallarta since check out from our hotel was at 10am and our flight wasn't until 5pm. We decided to spend the day at the resort until we had to head to the airport and it was the best decision ever. As soon as we arrived they offered to store our luggage for us. The front desk checked us in and let us know where we could find our cabana. Upon arriving we were directed to a nice shady cabana right in front of the beach. We ordered food and drinks (all delicious) We also got 20% off our order and a free guac that was included with our day pass purchase. There were nice outdoor showers to rinse off before heading to the airport. Overall great experience and we would definitely come back again. 

BEST DAY

We enjoyed a day at the Westin. Pools were nice and well maintained, swim up bar, lots of chairs. The servers were very attentive and the snack food we had was good. 

Beautiful resort

We booked a Grand Cabana for the day and had an amazing time. The sun beds were very comfortable, and the attendant and waiter took great care of us. It was a bit of a splurge but we also got 20% off all food and drinks which made it pretty reasonable. The pool is beautiful, too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location & attentive service

We enjoy the day at The Westin, however the hotel feels tired and outdated. The staff was very polite and happy to help, will only return for the service.
