Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square

The pool was cloudy and dirty.  Two patrons from the hotel set up in a pillowed area and decided to get out hooka pipes and smoke it up.  They also started playing their own music (Sonesta had pool music). . . they wanted to play loud Gangsta Rap with cursing in the lyrics.  The hotel security came and made them turn off their music after awhile, but they continued to smoke their pipes.  It was very uncomfortable and not relaxing at all.  For this I paid $100. !  We left after about an hour.  UNCOMFORTABLE and not family-oriented.  

Pool day was mostly a bad one.

Super convenient to Septa, tons of seating, great sun coverage, and the pool is deep! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cant wait to come back!

Absolutely Wonderful!

I saw children doing inappropriate things o eachother with no supervision . I paid 60$ for nothing but to be splashed by children :  The pool bar was not open  at all . Aside from that it could be a great experience. If the ad was not misleading 

Misleading , uncomfortable 

I loved this pool and the lounge area. The overall atmosphere is calm and the scenery is beautiful. I loved swimming and looking up at the buildings. The staff is so nice and the music was playing. Great vibes!

Clean and beautiful 

My friends and I came for a pool day and had a great time.  The pool is heated and clean.  There are plenty of chairs for sunbathing and the crowd was very respectful of each other.  I really enjoyed spending a sunny Sunday at the Sonesta and will come back again.

Fantastic resort and staff

The staff here are super friendly which was a huge plus since I was navigating some unpredictable weather. The pool is heated, clean, and has a great view of the city. I definitely plan on coming back!

Great experience

I love this pool. It's a great location. It is well-maintained and it offers snacks and beverages. I would not, however, go on the weekend. It was hacked compared to a smaller  crowd on the weekdays.
