 Hyatt Ziva Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive

Everything here was mediocre at best. Food, pools, slides, service. The beach was even less than that, but we expected it so not a big deal. We tried this resort since it was new to the site and we've tried a lot of them. Very small, very hot (even inside), minimal activities, buffet food was very limited in selection. The slides were why we chose this one and two of the four slides were closed. The two that were running were super slow and our son lost interest quickly. The kids pool area is for kids younger than six or so. Very lackluster in general. Wont go back. 

Plenty of better options

It was nice but a bit over priced considering that the food was decent at best and the drinks a bit watered down and inconsistent. The beach is not good but the pools and waterslides were nice
