Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

Hotel is beautiful.  Food was okay.  Drinks were fantastic and service was the best! 

Great spot

Four of us had an amazing day at the Hilton via ResortPass. Check in was super easy. Truly felt like we were actually staying there. We went to 3 of the pools, had lunch at the buffet by the Pool Bar, and checked out the beach. Loved having drinks delivered to us no matter where we were. Property was immaculate!! Definitely recommend and cannot wait to return. 

Awesome day

solia ser mi 1era opcion para pasar el dia en tulum, pero no se si se quedaron sin personal y todo el personal era nuevo esta ultima vez que fui, pero hicieron que tuvieramos una muy mala experiencia con nuestro day pass. Al llegar no nos dejaban pasar por que no sabian como registrarnos, 1 hr perdida, te obligan a dejar tu identificacion en la entrada, y al final el valet parking no encontraba las llaves de nuestro coche, otra hora perdida despues de salir, 

Un mal sabor de boca

The hotel was gorgeous and the daybed was very comfortable. The pools were also very nice and being so close to the sea was delightful. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The front desk could have done a much better job communicating about the daypass, how the daybeds function and the schedules pool events. They failed to mention that one of the pools would have an aerobics class and a DJ (nothing indicating these events was setup yet when we arrived at 9:30am). We were there to relax after our red-eye flight so had we known, we would have selected a different pool. Also, the daypass would have been cheaper if we had bought it directly from the resort, though we couldnt have known if they could accommodate a daypass unless we were there to ask or we had called. The buffet food was not very good, but thankfully the bar food was slightly better. Lastly, the resort had no record of our daypass through ResortPass, which ended up being a bit of a headache to navigate. 

Beautiful space 

Kids were loud and obnoxious so if you want any relaxation Id suggest the Conrad next door. Food was not what we expected very random selection and limited as compared to other resorts . Mario at the pool was fantastic and drinks were pretty good.
