Grand Reserve at The Meritage

We rented a cabana and it was perfect for our family. The cabana holds up to 6 adults and how ever many kids. We had our 4 year old with us. They were so kind with kids and they are a ton of other families there. Food service check! Bottle service check! The manager that runs it was so sweet even gave every single kid a popsicle! Will be returning! :) 

The ONLY family friendly resort 

Our recent pool cabana experience at the Meritage Hotel fell short of expectations. Lack of cabana instructions/introduction and service delays marred our visit. Despite attempts to compensate with complimentary drinks, mix-ups in orders and uncomfortable cash tip requests left us underwhelmed. Unfortunately, this experience has led us to decide against future visits to the Meritage Hotel for pool cabana experiences. 

An Unforgetably Bad Experience 

Relaxing day by the pool. Plenty of towels, clean bathrooms, food and bev service. I wish there had been fewer children there, but that's just personal preference. A good value for a pool day.

Only knocking it down a star because it wasn't the most beautiful spot I have been to and there were a lot of kiddos; pretty loud. Not the place to go if you are escaping your own kiddos. :) Service was great and drinks were delicious. 

Easy & Relaxing 

We visited Friday, June 7th. The parking was convenient, pool is large, water temp comfortable and facilities very clean. Gave 4 stars due to excessively loud music from all outdoor pool area speakers. We enjoy music but this was so loud it impacted our ability to even have a conversation with each other. We asked if it could be turned down a little and were told yes but never happened. We noticed guests piling towels over the speakers in an attempt to manage the noise. 


Great pool and exemplary service! 

Went for a little getaway with some friends! Got there early and minimal people there, it was so relaxing, towards the late afternoon more families and kids came by but was still enjoyable and relaxing! Pool is heated which was a lovely surprise! Will definitely be returning! 

The location was nice.The pool was slightly warm which I really liked and the poke nachos Was very good.The ahi tuna was real fresh!
