This place was cute. It was a little run down and old.

It was a great place, I personally enjoyed it. And everyone is super friendly and kind. The drinks were so delicious at the bar by the pool. I will definitely come back around and stay for the night swim on the weekend. 

The Best Place to Visit!

I have used resort pass many times in Miami and its always amazing . This was the first time ever having a horrible experience. Almost spend 200 dollars for day beds and pool and hot tub. We get there and the girl at the desk is giving me attitude saying she doesnt see our reservation. Makes us stand there for 10 min even though I showed her the confirmation email twice . We go up and no one is at the bar or pool area to direct us. The day beds have reserved signs on them and I find a boy who works at the hotel and he says idk ask in the lobby . I had to go back down and find someone and she says just move the sign and sit . The day beds have stains on them . No one came to take our order for a hour the drinks are very expensive for horrible service and the hot tub was discussing. To top it off there is no sun because the pool area is coved . If I had known that I would have never booked . The whole point of day pass is to relax we left after two hours . Definitely wasnt relaxing . 

Terrible service

Great location but the hot tub did not work and the employees were not really kind. Plus there was no option to choose from when it comes to the tip amount, and it was 20% !!

Cool location but

I loved it and so did my boyfriend. We took many pictures and videos the water and area was very clean and the guest was super friendly 

Great location, friendly guest

Had a pretty decent experience at Yotel before I ported for my cruise. A much needed rest after arriving early morning into MIA. Was gifted a welcome drink upon arrival to the pool. If you want them to store your luggage it is an extra fee. I loved that part of the roof is covered so it doesnt get too hot. Overall I would definitely go back!

Very Cute

Where do I start. It is advertised as 21+ and it is not. Kids are running everywhere. Also Adam the bartender was extremely rude. They gave us old pina coladas that were terrible and then proceeded to clean the machine because they acknowledged it was rotten. The front desk people were rude as well. Other workers just let people do whatever they want. Someone was actively smoking a blunt (weed) at the pool. Stunk up the entire place. A child proceeded to then puke in the pool and the workers did nothing. Allowed people to still swim despite there being puke in the water. On top of everything it costs 7$ a bag for luggage storage which is not advertised anywhere. I'm actually contacting resort pass to try and get a refund for this day due to health, safety, and just overall terrible experience. I would never recommend anyone to use this place or stay there.

We flew in to Miami to see Atish at Don't Sit on the Furniture. After partying HARD thru the weekend we wanted someplace to chill a bit closer to the airport before our return flight. Daybed on elevated open air pool deck? Yes please!
