Sheraton Phoenix Downtown

We were staying at another hotel that didnt have a pool and the Sheraton was in perfect walking distance . I realized I had left my bathing suit at a previous location and the staff was very accommodating of my situation. It was a lovely respite from the heat and all the other attendees were  fun to talk to. It was a wonderful day!

Nice pool to chill by. The lady at the pool bar is very helpful. She even went downstairs to get me a cup of tea! 

Great place

I thoroughly enjoyed my time relaxing by the pool after completing a conference at another location.  The temperature of the water was perfect - refreshing but not cold after sunbathing for a while.  The lobby staff was welcoming.  Food and drink are available.  I will return next time I am in town. 

Lovely relaxing afternoon by the pool

For $20, this was a GREAT value and venue.  We hung out at the pool in the bright sunshine because our hotel didn't have a pool.  They have a pool-side bar here, plenty of towels, and the crowd was low.  Couldn't have been better!

Concierge was amazing. He was so nice -- gave us his card if we needed anything and even gave us a free bag of snacks. The pool was salt water which was nice and there was a pool bar with good drinks and misters. The gym was also surprisingly nice -- even a squat rack. For $45 it was worth it for the salt water pool, really nice/clean gym, and great service. I docked it 1 star because the pool was too hot and murky, shade was limited, and the pool bathrooms were quite gross (water everywhere on the floor) and didn't have showers. Plus, food options at the bar were quite limited. We had a great time here though!

Great service and surprisingly good gym

I needed to kill time before my flight back home and this was an available pass near my other hotel. It was a great experience. Not packed, good drinks, food wasnt the best imo but overall I recommend and will go back.
