I had an amazing day by the pool. I love the fact that the hotel is so close to the beach and to the pier. Staff is very nice.

Great Location

The Cabana was good and clean, supplied with Fruits and Water as described.
Bathrooms, and in general, all facilities were clean. Towels available.
The swimming pool is rather small considering hotel guests plus daypass guests.
It is a great way to spend a day at Daytona, enjoy the beach without all the hassle of bringing a canopy/beach chairs/cooler, etc.
Good restaurants inside. The lazy turtle (or sleepy turtle?) was very slow delivering the orders though.
 I'd recommend it.

Facilities could be a bit cleaner and the hour long line it took to get into the resort was a surprise.

It was a good experience, the service was not too good we had to ask multiple times for a server to order drinks and food.

We decided to do a day at the beach a little different and we tried the daily resort pass and it was great. Friendly people and clean hotel. We would definitely do it again.

Great Staycation

I had an overall bad experience I think it has everything to do with the service ( this app) and nothing to do with the hotel. First they acted confused at the front desk when I told them I had a a cabana reservation. They  took 
A long time to figure out what was I talking about and took a long time to give me the cabana. Unfortunately they closed the beach for bad  weather  and I was forced to leave the facility. I was in the cabana for less than 3 hours I attempted to do my claim with ResortPass they don't have a phone number. Therefore I emailed them for some kind of credit or assist with this problem. However  I haven't hear anything back from them.  Beautiful hotel bad experience with my first time using the service. Highly likely last  time I would use it without any resolutions.

Great atmosphere 

We enjoyed the cabana setting but were rained out, so we only enjoyed for three hours before they closed the pool deck & we had to leave.  It was a short day but we still enjoyed it. The fruit tray was delish though :)

Daytona Beach Day

The pool is nice. Plenty of chairs. The kid pool is too simple and small. The jacuzzi was not working. The location is perfect!
