We had the best day and the staff were all super helpful!we did the scuba diving and the guys were super funny and we had the best time!10/10 would recommend!

The best time!

This was definitely not worth what I paid. The food choices ate very basic.  I didn't see or engage in any activities that they listed that would be available to me. Front desk staff and the bar staff at Sharkies was very rude to me and acted as if they didn't even want to serve me. Also, all beach/pool chairs where full. All beach chairs had towels and bags in them that the hotel guess put their. But their was only 6 ppl in the beach water. So where was everyone that had their items in chairs for the entire 6 hrs I was there. I never saw any of them come to their chairs. These are chairs I could of used if the hotel didn't allow stuff like this to take place. I would never book a day pass with Club Med.

Worst day pass I've ever experienced 

Great value! We got to be at Grace Bay for the day and use the Club Med's
facilities. When we first arrived we went to Sharkie's and enjoyed smoothies, breakfast and fresh squeezed juice.  Then we went to the pool and participated in the fun aquasize class - good turn out!  Later we had a great lunch with a fantastic selection - pizza, salads, desserts, etc.  Not to mention the continuous drinks!  Later my kids went for the snorkelling tour which they really enjoyed.  If they had brought proper clothes the girls would have liked to have tried the trapeze.   Before we left we had a snack at Sharkie's while listening to live music.  The day passed quickly - would do it again!

$360 for 2 towels, no more, broken beach chairs, no umbrellas, no water and a LONG walk for water downed drinks as theres no beach service. This was my first experience with Resort Pass and will probably be my last. Totally dissapointing!

Rip Off

Definitely dated, but functional, and the front desk staff were nice and check-in was a breeze. The drinks were fine but the bartenders in the lobby bar didn't smile once and seemed bothered with every drink order. The buffet food in the restaurant for lunch was actually really good and we loved it. The beach was nice but there are limited cabanas and chairs so suggest getting there early. There are a ton of activities to partake in (snorkeling, workout classes, beach activities, etc.). Loved that it was adults only, no screaming kids running around. The pool was large and even with a good amount of people in it, it felt spacious. Overall would recommend.

More good than bad

My husband and I stayed in Airbnb in Turks but I wanted to see what Club Med was like. We really enjoyed our day pass. The food was great and despite the bad reviews I had read about the resort, our experience was very different as the staff was very nice! We ate lunch at their main dining area which was buffet style very delicious pork and mahi mahi. Both the beach and pool were great. The drinks are fine but nothing to write home about the pass does not cover premium liquors but my husband enjoyed the beer they had which was an amber. The check in and out was smooth. You only get one towel a person during your stay. 

Great Day 

At the last minute we decided instead of doing a catamaran which we have done many times in many other tropical vacations always amazing) we thought we would try this fun option.  Skeptical is the first thought that came to mind.  What are we really getting, watered down drinks, not so great service, nope that's not included...BOY were we way wrong.  My husband and I were treated like we belonged there for a lifetime.  Every single staff member, including one young sweet Pamela, every single bar tender, waitress had a smile with a great attitude.  Here's where the towels are, when do you want to eat, where do you want to eat, can I get you another drink, oh by the way don't miss the snorkel trip that leaves at 2:30pm.  What the what.  Yes we went out on the Club Med boat and splashed in the beautiful sea with some pretty amazing guides.  I also took advantage of the trapeze, which I have never done and wish I would of climbed back up and did it again. Thank you, it was unforgettable. 

All Inclusive really means ALL INCLUSIVE

Sooo not worth it. My fiance and I were staying on the opposite side of the island, and decided to get this day pass so we could check out Grace Bay Beach with the comfort of nearby amenities. In hindsight, we definitely would have just gone to the beach without this pass. Very weird vibes at this resort. Super dated, food was cold, drinks were ok. You can tell this was a top resort maybe 30 years ago and they havent kept it up well (or are just still catering to the crowd that has been coming for 30yrs). Don't waste your money. 

Please do not waste your money

it's my understanding this is an all inclusive club med at $1000 a night. don't get me wrong it's a beautiful property and the beach is amazing. but they don't bring anything to you. you have to go to the bar and then they don't clean up after you rather. i've been to places much nicer at a 1/3 of the price.

Quick and easy to use. Not a question at the front desk on check in. I was nervous as it was the first time using the app. It worked out amazing and I feel faster in the end.
