I purchased a Masaage which included a day pass on resort pass. I had to wait for the lady to come back to the check in desk. She wasnt too friendly or welcoming and really didn't show me anything. Fitness center was nice , there was a senior aerobics class in the pool - not relaxing at all apparently got its only on Wednesday. I had ordered breakfast to the pool it wasnt an easy process but over all the food was just ok. Pool is really small and there is not a lot of space by the lounges so you cant really rest there.

When it was time for my massage the lady that showed me to the locker room Claribel was super warm and friendly. She showed me all around and I was able to shower, relax, and then my massage by Lanez was everything #shedidthat

There were multiple things that just made the whole experience less enjoyable especially the aerobics class, rust on the trashcan and a not so clean restroom, windows need to be cleaned, pool deck was so wet and full of hair.

The stress relief massage was great! The staff was nice and professional. If I am visiting the PA area again, I would definitely book again!

I love Resort Pass, even if Philadelphias spa scene leave much to be desired.

The Underground Spa staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The silent room and infused water were lovely. 

I wish this spa had a sauna/steam room and or a hot tub.

I really enjoyed my time! The front desk ladies, especially Bri was absolutely amazing. She gave me a tour and offered me a welcome drink. Can't wait to come back. Only downfall is, because it's in a hotel, all guests are allowed, so sometimes it gets busy with loud families. Wish there was an adults only time. Everything else is great.
