Like other reviews say the pool does not look as big as the picture but its still nice and big enough to swim in. There are chairs and umbrellas as well as towels available for use which is nice. It was also quiet when we went and had the place to ourselves.

Nice and quiet

The pool was ok for the price of the resort pass. 

It was ok 

Veroneca at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Went on a quiet weekday afternoon so the pool was empty the three hours I was there. Pool was heated and clean. Will definitely make a return visit on the nice summer days!

Great Experience 

The room was clean and renovated and smelled amazing. Be sure when you check in for a work pass room, you let them know so they check you in for the correct reservation type. 

Great Room

The staff was very nice and the pool area is a decent size. Pool itself is like the reviews say sort of small but a good amount of people can still be in it at once. I would come before the sun goes behind the building (4pm-ish) as it's a million stories high.

Kind Staff

At first, I was a little disappointed by how small the pool was. But the lounge area leading  was quite lovely with comfortable seats for lunch and a cocktail. The environment grew on me quickly and I appreciated the small pool - that I had to myself on a warm Saturday afternoon. It was peaceful, quiet and a nice respite from foggy San Francisco. I have 4 stars because they don't have pool side towels.

Hair ties, trash and TINY pool. Picture is very receptive. 
Not worth the money.

Dirty and tiny but great staff

Nice little pool with loungers around. There were about 3 groups including us which was about as many people the pool area could hold. Id come back.

Location of hotel a little out of the way.l which I didn't mind. Easy freeway access. Water a little warm but clean.
