The poem spa is nice, clean, and smells really good. There were not a lot of people which was surprising since it was a Saturday, but I was really grateful for that. I wish the hot tub was a little warmer and I wish they had more than one because it was very loud when it was just two of us in there and even louder when there were multiple people in there. My only other complaint is that those were the only three amenities that existed really except for a quiet room. I would love to have seen an outdoor hot tub or salt room or something like that. But overall, it was a good experience and I would go again to have a very low-key and quiet spa day

Nice lowkey spa experience 

This spa and pool combo were a great way to kill time before my flight out of Vegas. The spa portion had every amenity. The saunas and showers were great and there was barely anyone there. The pool was also very relaxing and had plenty of room to spread out. Definitely will be coming back at some point !

I had a great time at the Palms' Spa! It had a steam room, sauna, hot tub, serenity room and great showers/soap/personal hygiene supplies. I spent a couple hours in the spa and then enjoyed laying out by the pool. I look forward to going back- next time I will add a massage!

Relaxing and Clean

Booked a last minute resort pass to kill some time and rest before heading to the Vegas airport. The photos looked amazing but didn't compare as in person. The entrance is beautiful and modern. When we walked in the womens quarters, it was small which was fine. As you enter, the lockers were right there, restrooms, showers, vanities in the hallway, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. This was probably the smallest spa I have been too. There were no hooks to hand your towels or robes when using the spa, sauna or steam room. The co-ed relaxation room was ok but kind of noisy with the doors. They only offered hot tea and water. Nothing to munch on. The resort pool was near so you can hear the loud music. This is the 3rd spa I been to on the vegas strip and this was my least favorite.

It's ok

My friends and I had a late flight so we decided to get a day pass for the spa. It was so relaxing. The facilities were clean the staff was friendly and the amenities were great. Definitely returning the next time we are in town! 10/10
