Where My Girls At? Labor Day Pool Party at Casting Call

The vibe was just right for a hot and humid day at the pool. I would say it's more of an adults-only crowd. The DJ was good, the drinks were delish and the pool was busy but not over crowded.

They directed us to a website to buy a day pass for the pool bar and once we walked up to the bar it was closed. They knew it was closed, knew the pass was up refundable, and refused to refund us or honor the pass for another day. The big pink lady insulted me. Extremely unprofessional. 

Front desk is unfriendly and condescending. 

We just came off a flight and had to wait a few hours for a meeting in town. They stored our luggage while we enjoy the pool and facility. Great location would go there again.

I booked this pass moments beforehand as my own hotel pool was indefinitely closed. Had no issues checking in even with the extremely short notice! The pool and chairs were clean and there were towels and a full bar available. There was shade if you needed it, and the environment welcomed chatting with others. Staff was friendly. Concrete got really hot so don't expect to walk around barefoot much during hot summer days! Would recommend!
