Our second time visiting and amazing as always.

Absolutely wonderful!

Quite surprised when we walked in our room and it was disability room which we had not booked one of those. Our bed looked like a hospital bed along with a table on wheels that went over the bed.  My husband swore that the hotel was probably once was a hospital.  Strong bleach smell as you exited the elevator walking to our room.  Worse smell coming in from the air conditioner. Obviously they have never cleaned/replaced the filters in the air conditioner unit.  Would be nice to have a box of tissue or maybe make the room more homey like.  No pictures on walls and the bathroom had long black hair in the sink and on the *clean* towels.   I guess you get what you pay for but for $130.00 for a day room (8:00am -5:00pm) I expected a little bit more.

Pool with a room

Great day stay while we waited for a late night flight. Nice pool area, clean room, breakfast and friendly staff. 

Great spot for the day! 

I bought a dayroom pass specifically so that I could hang out at the pool and then shower and get ready for my late night flight.  I checked in and immediately asked what floor the pool was on and they gave me the floor number but did not tell me the pool was out of service.  The first room they sent me too was still dirty from the last guest so I had to go back down and get another room.  When I then headed to the pool I found out it was not in service.  They would not refund my money since I booked through Resort Pass. I will never go back to this hotel.

We got lucky and it was not crowded so my kids got to play any game they wanted. Easy getting game supplies from bartender. Pool was small but perfect temp so no complaints. Worth it and will do it again for the next staycation day.

This place never fails to give our family a great time! The breakfast buffet is excellent, their staff is helpful and friendly, my check in was quick and they offered me to join their rewards program since we come often. Will be back soon!! 

Repeat staycation

My decision to pick this property was mostly because of all the kid friendly amenities it offered, including breakfast. Picked the  grandkid's up early and enjoyed a relaxing day poolside. The staff was friendly  and very helpful.  The room was a little small, but we only really needed it to shower and change.
