Meditate your way through the limited parking, cold front desk, and you will enjoy the amazing hotel and amenities. Pool rules are strict but for good reason

Shitty parking/front desk but a spectacular hotel

Pool is grotto style with a mountain in center and water falls.   L ok unge chairs are available in the shallow parts of pool too.  Went on a weekday so their were chairs   don't know about weekends.   Beach bar very nice with music and views are amazingly.   

Really cool place

This was an awesome experience. Staff was very professional and definitely had a blast with the family. Definitely recommend this location!!!

Awesome Experience 

It is worth paying to enter the resort if you dont want to stay. Its very convenient and will recommend to family and friends.  

Great Daycation

My bf and I had an amazing time by the pool service was great it was not crowded at all the bar drinks  were also good. Food was expensive tho. Do suggest bringing your own food.

Location was great. Starbucks was a plus. Food and drinks were available. Security walking constantly as to not have outsiders. Bathrooms were kept. Only downside were the towels, stained and very used.

The location and facilities are fantastic. Inside bathrooms are clean and the pool area was very refreshing. Check in was seamless however wifi access was difficult as devices needed to be manually added by reception. There were few towels available and they didn't seem very clean so I'd advise bringing your own (hotel towels can't be taken to the beach anyway). As for food and drink- there wasn't a chance to use the apparent discount as the hotel bar was closed. The beach bar at the rear of the facility was horrific. Service was awful and staff showed favouritism to certain groups and provided them with poolside service but no one else. Beach access is simple to get to so there are other food/ drink options available if you don't mind trotting over to the restaurants next door as they can all be accessed via the beach. Finally, there is no doubt about security except it reached a point of discomfort when they constantly circled the area quite invasively. 

Great location; questionable service

I could not have been more impressed by this place. The people at the front desk were very friendly and got us situated right away. The pool area itself was clean and the wait staff from Bar Louie was very attentive. I had a great time! We will definitely be back.
