We visit grandma who lives in the area often and just wanted a quick getaway for the kids to feel like they were on a vacation. The hotel was big, clean, nice and friendly staff. The pool was smaller than average but very kid friendly with the deepest part of the pool at 4ft. My biggest issue here was we were told there would be an attendant to show us to our reserved pool bed and there was 0 staff at the pool. The pool was empty so it was fine we just took any bed and decided that was ours for the day. We were looking to order drinks/food (this is an essential part of the vacation experience for my kids) and there was no staff to be found again. We went to the lobby and asked several times if someone was coming and the staff looked confused to hear that there was no one taking orders at the pool already. It took 2 hrs to finally order but the food and drinks were great. Overall nice but room for improvement.

Fine 

Really enjoyed my experience here. Got a day pass and sat by the pool reading and enjoying some cold beverages. Was def a little pricey though. But I got to enjoy the pool and hot tub, too. Friendly and helpful staff all the way around. Thanks!

Beautiful coastal hotel

The pool was not heated. Our daybed umbrella was broken and it took like and hour to get them two bring two smaller ones. The pool bar was not really stocked and the said that there was no drink menu that day because of printer issues. 

Was hoping for a better experience 

I took my daughter on a whim and thought this might be a scam or be treated like the caddies at the Country Club pool.Not th case from the $5  valet to the front desk and cabana, amazing service.Alexandra at the pool was awesome and makes great kid mocktails.Such a wonderful experience.Will use this app all summer 

5 Star Service 

Perfect day at the pool for my toddler & I. Pool is only 4ft feet deep & has steps at all four corners. Crew Coffee & Cremerie was close by for coffee & grab n go snacks. Well be back

Perfect daycation 

Excellent!

From start to finish, my day at the pool was great. The staff were kind and helpful. The facilities were clean and tasteful. The food was very good. I appreciated complimentary valet and bottles of cold water. Overall it was a great value and wonderful experience! 

Perfect Day of Relaxation 

Its a nice hotel with good food and drinks. The pool was nice but there wasnt service. The QR code wasnt working for food delivery either. We had to go to the inside restaurants bar to get food and drinks to go. It made our time more of a hassle than relaxing. Strange set up. Definitely not worth the money. 

Great location 

Got lucky and was able to book a day pass on New Years Day.   It was great.  Had never experienced the resort being so quiet with no crowds.
