Nice property but needs updating.  Was not all inclusive for day pass.  Received a $35 food & bev credit.

Staff was extremely friendly, excellent service, amenities were great, and the pool area was very relaxing with different things to do. Definitely recommend any of thr Curacao adult beverages 

Beautiful Sitr

We really liked the resort location but it was so over priced the food was almost inedible. We paid 280 for two and found out if we went directly with the resort it was 83 per person. I was not super impressed

Resortpass 

Transportation to/from the resort to the cruiseport was expensive for our group of 9. Checking in was stressful.  We had printed out our booking ID info, but that didn't work. We all had to find the original email with proof of payment and send it to them through email. That was a little stressful. So bring that with you for check in! They also need proof of ID for everyone! There are limited lounge chairs so we had to grab a little shade under the last tree available.  Food is OK, not great. The hot tub was cold, but the pools and the beach were great!  The kids and adults really enjoyed the clear water for snorkeling and the bungee trampoline was a hit! 

Great for Snorkeling

Arrived. 1st sight was rat traps. Property run down would not even think to eat or drink anything there. We stayed about 30 minutes and left. Sad to see the Hyatt flag flying. 

Terrible property

We were a little frightened given the reviews. We got there at 9:50 am and had a little trouble getting 8 chairs but its a big group. We dragged some over and it was fine!  The drinks were great (we walked to the bar ourselves) and enjoyed the buffet and the grill.  The beach was so nice being blocked from the huge waves by the rocks. It is rocky but just be careful or wear shoes.  Would def go back!

Great experience!!

We reserved a "Day Pass" to spend a day at Sunscape Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino.   This is the second  time we have visited this resort.  We leave the cruise ship, catch a cab, and spend the day at a resort . 
Pluses: *Meeting  Kareen Rodney,  Guest Experience Manager,  who did an excellent job helping us enjoy our day. *The resort is well situated so that you can enjoy the pool areas or the beach.  *This is an "All Inclusive " so your food and alcohol is included and well provided. *Many outdoor showers, some changing  rooms and restrooms. *Very restful,  not a loud party fib.
Suggestions: * Bring your own towels, as towels are provided,  but have proved to be a hassle!  * No Beach or Pool Captains to greet  you so you are forced to fend for yourselves to licate lounge chairs! The resort should fix this problem!!  *The resort could use an updated computer system for easier check in.
All in all, I recommend Sunscape and we will definitely be going again!!
