Dayroom booked last minute off cruise ship, perfect place to spend a relaxing room- single queen only but great couch, didn't make it to pool but uberd to Aquarium for the 6 hours till flight

Dayroom stay Perfect - New Room 

My reservation was to start at 9 AM and we arrived after debarking a cruise ship at around 10 AM.  We were leaving on the last flight out of town and needed the room access to clean up, charge devices, nap and store our luggage while also having access to the pool to kill time.  I was informed the room needed about thirty minutes to be ready when we arrived which I found acceptable.  However, that timeframe quickly grew.  The hotel manager offered a cancellation, however, due to our circumstances I could not accept because we had nothing to do and nowhere else to go.  There appeared to be no sense of urgency to address this matter and there was at least one other person in the same situation I was.  

The pool was cold.  The hot tub was full of that grimy, bubbly foam that builds up over time and it was unappealing to use.  The room, once received, was very nice and very comfortable.  

I would suggest looking elsewhere if I were you.
