This was my first time here. A gift for Father's Day couple massage.  The staff was wonderful. The whole experience was something to remember. Great experience over all. The hotel was beautiful. I am excited to book a room there for my next visit. 

Midtown

I has a great experience today at Exhale. The Pilates class was excellent. I had a facial and massage. Enjoyed the hammam and steam room too. So much to do to detox and relax close to home. I will definitely go back very soon!

Beautiful Spa

I throughly enjoyed my time spent at exhale.  The staff were very knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. The entire facility was very clean and organized. I plan on making this a monthly thing to go and relax. A great way to spend my birthday! 

Great Experience 

Upon arrival, rep. spent 10 min walking around searching for a client only to realize it was me. This took about 10 min from my service. Following, representative did not know the differences in the products to be used on my body. Once the service started, I was sure it was just a warm up, until I realized that the extremely rough rubbing, unsynchronized strokes and abrasiveness was part of her massage. Because I prefer deeper pressure, I proceeded in hopes the massage would improve and give her a chance. Slapping oil all over me, I was shocked! Once the massage was done and she asked how I was, I almost didnt even answer & just said it was ok (not good, not relaxing) I actually left the table with more pain than I came with. There was no technique or professionalism. Upon leaving, we were rushed out of the locker room so they could close. Gratuity was reduced since I was not the only person with a poor experience with the representative. To top it they were serving us TAP water :(. 

Untrained Staff

There are no steam rooms. No attendants in the hammam. Would not have booked this for a Mothers Day gift had I known

Inaccurate listing

The facility and staff were very nice, exactly as described and very happy with the amenities. The only drawback were the "members." Several people asked if we were members, as if that gave us a different level of access and then rude about our use. Two of them said we were not allowed to talk in the Hammam or Dry Sauna and when I reviewed the rules posted (and nothing about talking) they resorted to name calling. 

Quality Spa, but the members are a bit elitist

Exhale Spa at Loews Atlanta Hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a very helpful front desk worker at the spa, whose warmth and efficiency set the tone for my entire visit. Their attentiveness truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.

Throughout my time at the spa and the hotel, the customer service provided by all employees was outstanding. Their dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience was evident in every interaction. It's rare to encounter such consistently high levels of service, and it truly made my stay memorable.

The changing rooms at the spa were impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing experience. The robes provided were unbelievably soft, adding an extra layer of comfort to my visit.

As for the gym, it boasts an impressive array of equipment, ensuring that all your fitness needs are met. 

Relaxed and Rejuvenated

The location is great because there is a Cafe on the corner! The spa was smaller than expected and there is not a pool like advertised. The room for resting or peace and quiet is literally 5 chairs. I enjoyed my message. The fitness room is a nice size. The dry sauna was nice but small. 

Great Location 

Purchased a spa pass. Massage would have been wonderful if the masseuse's lengthy nails weren't digging into me. Unless you want to use the gym or the hammam there's not much else to do other than sit in the little zen room.
