Sonesta Select Charlotte University Research Park

This was my first experience and it was horrible. The hotel claimed to not be able to locate my reservation. Then she stated that the reservation was showing for the following day. Then proceeded to try to charge me again for another room. I was not able to check in through my day room pass. There is no number for customer service, their chat service was unavailable. I sent an email. Received one response with instructions for the hotel clerk, two hours later after I left the hotel. I just want my money back.
