Felicia knew exactly what the resort pass included. She was very well informed. 

This pass DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ACCESS TO PRIVATE BEACH CLUB!

We spent time at the spa pool only. Not sure what the spa pass is and how it differs, can't really understand one over the other. 

The bartender is great, very ornery and short at first, but he works really hard and warms up. He is the only one at the spa pool and is running around to make sure everyone has their cocktails and food. I am a fan!

All in all, we had a lovely lunch and the pool temp was perfect. It was nice to have it Adult Only, no screaming children. 

Relaxing Day at Sawgrass

This was a great day. I enjoyed some sun. I had an amazing chicken wrap from soothies. Would definitely recommend.

It was very clean, quiet in the right areas and the staff were kind.. 

Relaxing

While the grounds were impeccable the pools were less than stellar. We expected our day pass would include the resort and pool at the beach club, which it did not. At check in I asked about the location of the included amenities which included the beach club. We were directed to the Convention Center for free transportation to the beach club. Upon our arrival we were told the beach club was for club members and Sawgrass guests only and did not include Sawgrass day pass.  We had to wait 15 minutes for a return shuttle which was most disappointing. The food at the Gator Club was excellent and the pools had sufficient seating for all guests. 

Beautiful grounds

Upon arriving, we were greeted by the front door staff and immediately felt welcomed. Everyone there (staff) was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable about any of our questions. They went above and beyond any and all expectations. I would highly recommend staying or visiting.

Beautiful day

highlights
1. Spa is not in the same building but comes with free parking. 
2. We checked in at the lobby, but spa personnel was clueless of who we are and what resort pass was all about. Kinda awkward. Linda still went out of her way and got us accommodated. 
3. Spa pass doesnt give you access to the pool next to the beach (beach club).
4. Spa is a little bit outdated; men and women have their own sauna, steam room and whirlpool (jets were not working), lockers, showers. 
5. Outside area is a common area for spa users and has dining tables, pool, hot tub and lounges. Jasmine smelled heavenly!
6. We got slippers, robes, and plenty of towels available throught out location.  
7. No food sold at the spa Mon-Wed but room service delivers to spa anytime. 
8. Outside grounds are beautiful. Food at Pub was delicious. Zero people at the pool at the resort (not spa).
9. It was not crowded in general but I believe weekends are busy

Great but not amazing

This is a small spot, with limited space and not a ton of amenities, but what they do have is great.  In particular, the awesome staff there really make the experience topnotch.  The services (massage, facials, etc.) have always been fantastic, and Steve, who was running the smoothie/snack/drink spot when we were there most recently, really has a way of making everyone there feel very special.  For us in Gainesville, this is the closest best spot we've found for a relaxing day at the spa.  We also appreciate that day guests at the spa get to take advantage of other Marriott amenities, such as the beautiful grounds, the restaurants, and the beach shuttle.  We've been there several times and will definitely be back!

A lovely spot to spend a very relaxing day.

Overall just a confusing process.  Nobody knew what the pass was or where I needed to go so I went to the Spa area.  He also didn't know what to do and just let me in since he's seen them before.  Never made it past the spa pool which was relaxing but I did want to enjoy the other main pool.
