Great location for a day at the pool. Fun water slide

Great location 

Enjoyed a day pass with my husband and two young children. The amenities were a bit oversold. My son was excited for the 4pm pool games and the staff just dumped a few beach balls in the pool and sat at a nearby table. Splash pad wasnt heated and was unusable. 
Overall we had a good time but for the price we paid I thought it was just meh.

Local Get Away 

Upon arrival,  it was a quick check in by the friendly staff. They were helpful in information on parking and amenities location.  The pool I wanted to use by the lake was a long walk and a golf cart ride was offered by the Ranger. That was unexpected and appreciated! The entire property was clean and beautiful and I'll definitely return for a daycation and bring family.

Extremely overcrowded, not to mention how overpriced   I told my grandkids I will take them on Easter Sunday, and I just wanted to check it out first, and now Im stuck
