Super resort

As far as all-inclusive resorts go it is fairly average. However, you have to bring your passport and they have nowhere to secure it. So, its basically a no-go. Would not recommend bringing your passport to the pool

Decent

Great property to come and relax for the day. The food is good but not amazing, the drinks are mostly good but sometimes you just feel like you are drinking a sugar water (low on alcohol), however the spa was amazing, the massage was one of the best ones Ive received. The only down side is what others mentioned that they keep having events like filming movies, setting up pool side special dinners, weddings etc that they have to close down pools and beach areas for half a day without prior warning. 

Very Relaxing except 

Great resort.  Would have been better to be informed of the security to get into the resort being a day pass and not an actual resort customer.  Had challenges but worked out in the end.  Food options okay for and drinks were great for all inclusive. Beach access was interesting but pools were great.  also used the spa services for message and it was great!

Satisfactory with a catch

Beautiful resort. Good service. Perhaps there were too many activities (wedding and birthday celebrations) during our visit. Food and drinks are good, but any premium drink must be purchased. Staff is attentive and nice. The main pool was the option for us since the beach area is small was too crowded with limited access (due to another event)... Resort should advise in advance whether other events will take place... so the cost of the Resort Pass can be better enjoyed.

Beach/pool day 30 minutes from Cartagena.

Everything about this resort was amazing. We had access to all the amenities. There was premium alcohol at the beach bar and well as at the beatiful pool. We ate lunch and enjoyed the ocean from the beach. There was plenty of shade with the umbrellas provided by hotel. There is a short ride from the beach to the main resort, the golf cart makes it's rounds every 5 minutes so the wait time isn't long at all. Definitely a nice place to visit when in cartegena

Worth the price!
