We had the best day today at the adult pool! Beautiful scenery, great service from the pool bar and it wasn't too crowded at all. Food and drinks were amazing too!!

Beautiful Property 

I have been going to La Cantera since it was part of Marriott, stayed many many times. This was the first time Ive ever rented a Cabana through Resort Pass, which after fees was about $200 more expensive. 
The service was sub par and one specific waitress was rude and 30 mins before our time was up came to tell us rudely that our time was almost up and we needed to start getting ready to vacate. 

Additionally, we were charged an additional 20%. I was under the impression that the gratuity was on the food we had ordered. When I went to ask the Pool Manager she was condescending and talked down to me. When I continued to tell her that this was not outlined in the email she told me that I needed to stop berating her - I was shocked. I wasnt berating her I was trying to tell her they had overcharged me. I think they get drunk adults and just charge whatever they want. 
Be careful Read The fine print when you book through this site. It was not a great experience that I spent $1,000. 

Disappointed Bad Service 

Beautiful resort! Lots of things to do in that location. We had a cabana at the adult's pool, a beautiful infinity pool.  The only complaints were the pool temperature and the bathrooms' location. The pool was easily low 90s. 

Would go back! 

The resort was very beautiful! I will definitely be returning. 10/10 highly recommended!
