I was so happy I booked this resort for my first Resort Pass experience! it met all my expectations! 

Great Daycation!

The staff treated me like royalty from the minute I walked in until I left. They called me by name and checked on me numerous times. They were engaging and willing to go the extra mile! 

Fantastic service and experience! 

From start to finish it was a great experience. The lovely front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Once I got into the pool area, the attendant allowed me to pick my own chair and followed me with two towels and ice color water and cups. The atmosphere was amazing and the views are really something to see. 

Outstanding service 

Beautiful pools. Several issues. Adult pool next to kids pool. You still hear the screams of the kids. 
And at the adult pool they allow children into the  hot tub. Same thing. Noise. 
And although beautifully hidden. The noise from I -4 behind the pool trees is huge and tremendous. Plus helicopters go over the hotel every 15-30 minutes. Very loud and obnoxious.

Adult pool area  not just adults. 

Walked in, treated like VIPs the entire time. I had a great feeling about this place and was NOT disappointed. Hubby and I work in the hospitality industry, and this has been our favorite spot so far. Great sun, large amount of chairs and tables, pools were cleaned and well attended. There is someone to set up towel service for you (wow, thats a high end experience!) and the one server at the pools was a standout. PHENOMENAL service from Tyler! And he had a sense of humor we appreciated. He had great recommendations and really made us feel at home. You MUST try the shrimp quesadilla and the fruit served in half a pineapple! GREAT FOOD AND DRINKS!! Was literally picture perfect. Only a few things to point out. There was construction on the adult pool that isn't mentioned online. BUT. Top issue. My CC was authorized SIX TIMES. Might be a bank issue, but over $700 in authorizations? They just cleared today. Definitely made me stress for the week. Will pay cash when I return, & I will :)

Perfect daycation, incredible option to use!

My husband treated me to a cabana day at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek for Mothers Day and it was absolutely one of the best experiences at a resort pool by far. Our cabana faced the zero entry family pool which allowed our kids to enjoy the pool at leisure while I relaxed with champagne and snacks all morning. For lunch we indulged on a very fresh seared ahi tuna salad paired perfectly with red sunset sangrias (a slushed version of a Pinot noir based sangria!), and some burgers for the kids. Our attendants Tyler and Jose were wonderful! They made every gesture to be available for anything we needed but we never felt rushed. By about 4pm we had the pool to ourselves, it was incredible! They brought us a lovey plate of fruit to finish the afternoon and by 6pm it was hard to leave. A wonderful experience we hope to try again. 

Blissful Mothers Day 

The service at this resort is top notch, everyone working at the front desk and pool side went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We spent most of the day at the adult pool area which had a relaxing atmosphere. Food and drink options from the pool menu were plentiful, and everything we tried was delicious.
