Enjoyed the option of a day room for an alternative staycation but think the time should be extended for the price.

New to Dayrooms

Thankful they had a room available and they were kind enough to check us in early when we arrived post cruise. We were close to a huge mall with indoor and outdoor spaces and a wide variety of stores and eateries. The pool is small but who wants to be at a pool when you are  this close to amazing beaches!? ResortPass was a great resource to have a place to spend the day and to keep our things safely before boarding a late flight. 

Great location & Friendly staff 

No pool

They were so nice! Check in was easy. Loved all the cute, Instagram-worthy couches and wall murals. Cabanas are first-come first served. There was sunscreen and aloe to use. Ice machine, water, hot water and microwave access. You cannot swim in the pool - the deepest is a little over a foot. It really is just a wading or sit down pool but the jacuzzi was nice. 

Will be back!

I visited here with my Toddler and she really loved it.

Towels, water, and sunscreen are available to use.

The staff there is super friendly and accommodating as well.

Perfect day-cation!

We were flying out of Honolulu at 11:00pm, but had to be out of our resort early. This was perfect for showering and relaxing after a day at the beach. Receptionists were efficient and friendly. Room and bathroom were spotless and modern.

Pre-Flight Rental

This was my first time using Resort Pass and I am extremely disappointed. It was advertised as a pool, but this was basically a wading pool for small children. An adult cannot submerge their body in the water! It was comical. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. 

Cant call it a pool

It was all about @ your customer service. This was my first daycation and Im glad you made it a great experience for me. 
I like the little Gym/Fitness Center, it was very clean and machines was up dated, and  yes it was different having a 2ft. Pool but it was wonderful for the kids to play in and safe for young families.
I would like to see a up grade with pool furnishings and new cushion as it was wear and tear.
Outlets for my phone in dining area and or a port near pool station would be great.
I felt very SAFE, WELCOMED with ALOHA, and I appreciate the entire 8th floor, is very CLEAN AND WELL RESPECTED.
Also having Ross local store is a bonus, next to your Waikiki hotel. It took me only 5 minutes to get to Waikiki Beach, to get my picture with Surfer Master Duke Kahanumoku in action making History for my Memories.
Mahalo for a humbled adventure and look forward to return soon to visit WAIKIKI as a Kamaaina from WESTSIDE Lahaina MAUI NO KA OI

ResortPass was convenient and efficient. We got stranded in Honolulu for a day. Daycation definitely gave us a place to rest and relax.
