Our kids and I treated my husband/their dad to a little Fathers Day Staycation. Hotel Nikko is one of the rare hotels that has a pool in SF since its so cold and the awesome part is that its enclosed so that you can actually enjoy it. It was quiet and for a moment we had the pool to ourselves, its a beautiful hotel, parking is literally across the street and well maintained. There was cucumber water & lemon water at the pool, the locker rooms were well kept and had a sauna and steam room. We didnt go into the gym, but that is also accessible with your day pass. There is a hot tub as well. My kids are already asking when can we go back! It was a great little relaxing treat. 

Fathers Day Staycation

The pool was perfect. It is only 4.5 feet deep at most, which is perfect for my 8 year old to feel comfortable anywhere in the pool. We ordered lunch and it came quickly and was delicious.

Nice and relaxed space. Very clean locker rooms. Unfortunately there was no food service on the day we were there.

The pool area is very nice but the steam room never turned on in the women's locker area but the dry sauna was wonderful. The pool is a bit cold and shallow but long and perfect for laps. Every worker I encountered was very nice and professional.

VERY CLEAN! 

Lovely and clean pool area with food service! We  went Memorial Day weekend and the pool area never felt crowded (just several other families there). The pool is reasonably warm and theres a large pool deck. Staffers kept restocking towels and water and lunch service was prompt. Only small issue we had was at check in when the front desk couldnt find our reservation

Im hesitant to leave a good review because this place is such a gem I dont want people to discover it and start crowding it.  This was such a pleasant find. In the heart of downtown SF, this pool experience was just the daycation me and my son needed. The pool area is unique in that it is indoors but the brightly illuminated with sun filled windows.  There is plenty of space to lounge on comfortable beds. They serve poolside food and drinks. The hot tub was nice as well. There is also a steam room and dry sauna in each locker room, plus towel service. This felt like a spa hack. Very affordable, unique and fun. Be aware there are kids here so if that bothers you this wouldn't be the place for you. Definitely returning.
