I arrived at 11am and headed straight to the area where you pick up your towels and wristbands. I was greeted by a very nice young lady. Everything at the resort was beautiful and all of the staff was lovely. The food/beverage was great too! Lots of places to walk and enjoy the scenery. 

Wonderful Stay!

Absolutely had the best day spending my birthday at this resort! The pool was great (they have two outdoor and an indoor pool). The customer service was very appreciated, the employees were very helpful, kind, and upbeat. Downside was the food. A little overpriced for what they offer, wish they had more options. Also they serve Pepsi and not coca cola lol 
Other than that - my family had an unforgettable experience. I used ResortPass for the day pass and so glad I found this app!

Great summer daycation!

The Hyatt provided us with the most perfection staycation. Sun, pool, drinks, food, bay! We couldnt ask for more

We love the simplicity and ease of scheduling with Resort Pass. We booked a cabana at the Hyatt Regency in Cambridge. It was a fabulous experience - plenty of parking, visible check-in, excellent and attentive service. We will return!

Easy Day Pass

The pools at the Hyatt were undergoing repairs and one of the outdoor pools was closed for the entire day and then they closed the waterslide. The hot tub was closed most of the day. There was no food service. This information should have been noted on the Hyatt Resort pass information. it was a total waste of money. 

Terrble experience

I booked a day pass for the pool. The facilities were nothing remarkable. Lots of families with children, but there is an adults only hot tub that is pretty big, has strong jets, and is a nice hot temperature. Overall probably not worth the cost per person. 

Great adult hot tub!

This place was lovely.  Drinks were delicious.  Good was tasty.  Excellent service.  Clean and well kept.
