Lovely amenities. With this pass you get to enjoy two hotel pools, Waldorf and Signia. It's a good length walk in between. You can get a golf cart ride from hotel to hotel, highly recommend. Parking easy to find, it's the parking garage on the way to the Waldorf. They both had a good crowd, big pools, enough chairs, and plenty of towels. Just watch out with the charges on the tab. Had a situation where I was over charged due to a bar staff shift switch. Didn't even have the receipt for my tab. Food was decent. Drinks were good. It wasn't memorable enough to come back and there are so many other resorts to try. The inside of the Waldorf is GORGEOUS!

The service, food, and drinks were great. Beautiful and well kept property. Parking was expensive though.

Great Day

The facilities are beautiful and excellent! 

However, the gym has no locker room so if you have a massage scheduled you can change in the Spa's locker room and keep your stuff in a cubby there.
Also, the Spa will validate your parking.

Fantastic Service

I booked at the Waldorf after experiencing a disaster at the JW Marriott. When I explained it was my birthday and what had just transpired at the JW, the concierge was gracious with vouchers. The pool area was nice, but the service was subpar for the Waldorf. The food runner brought me the wrong food and then attempted to give me the correct order after it was sitting in front of another guest for 10 minutes. 

Other than that, it was a fairly relaxing day by the pool. I would book again.

The service at this hotel was amazing, Tyler by the pool was so wonderful! Highly recommend!

Best day pass I have gotten so far. Love it there! The ice water being passed out and the chair covers are a nice touch. 

Total luxury

This was my first time using Resort Pass and I am glad I did.  Spent the day with my grandkids and we had a wonderful time.  Next time will just be for a romantic getaway with a spa treatment and everything.  Loved it.

Family Time

The daybed I booked was in the cabana section on the Waldorf side. While there were a few families there with children, they all behaved like young adults. Everyone was friendly, but respectful and quiet. I got to enjoy a serene afternoon, sipping my lemon infused water, poolside. 

I did venture to the other half of the property, where the lazy river is located, and that is not to be missed. It only took one lap around to melt all of my cares away and to make me feel like a kid again! 

The staff was very attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed, without overdoing it. 

My only complaint is the price for parking. I opted to self park in the garage, which was a bit of a walk to either hotels pool, and still paid almost $50 just for an afternoon. I would have expected $25 for valet, but surely not $50 when I did all the work. Also, I would recommend more signs to help pedestrians find their way around the properties.

However, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience/recommend it. 

Relaxing Oasis

We arrived at the resort and went right down to the pool to check in for our resort pass. The guy at the pool desk was very kind and helpful, provided us towels and set them up on our chairs. The pool was small and quiet, not really what we were expecting for a resort. It reminded us of our community pool, as we live locally. The lazy river is also located at the hotel next door which was about a 5 min walk and was easily accessible, but not the most convenient. We ended up spending most of our day at the other hotel because of the lazy river and drink service. It was a bit concerning that we paid for this pass and the pools were so easily accessible. We also paid more for this specific hotel but then ended up spending most of our time at the one next door. I would not refer to this hotel as a resort, just a hotel with a pool. Parking was also an additional $45, which was disappointing. As a positive, the staff were very friendly. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the resort pass.
