Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree

Easy access clean and not crowded, seam for the day and stopped at Ben & Jerrys to refuel on the way home

Nice spot 

The hotel itself was lovely and clean.  We used a day pass for the pool which, for an indoor pool, was COLD!   There were kids swim lessons happening which was ok with us but if you dont want to hear kids crying it might not be ideal.

Cold and loud

Read the fine print carefully.  This venue had no amenities.  No lockers or a shower for after your swim.  It did have a restroom, which, I guess you could use for changing, but did not have a functioning toilet.  All this for $25+ fees.  Other locations, for the same rate, listed changing rooms, showers and lockers.  This location is probably ok for hotel guest, but not for users on a day pass.  Asked for a refund from ResortPass.com.  That request was rejected.  Guess the days of customer satisfaction really are over.
