Hotel De La Poste – French Quarter, A Renaissance Hotel

The pool was not clean. It was small, and had no bar service or umbrellas. There were plenty of towels. There were also a lot of kids there, not sexy.

Pool was small, beautiful and clean. Staff was amazing and prompt. Lovely summer experience. 

Love it!

Pool was small and overcrowded. Drinks werent bad, DJ was decent. Staff was very friendly and offered free cocktails to everyone. Tiny road to get to hotel but free parking was a plus. 

Not a bad experience. 

Great way to beat the sweltering NOLA heat.

This was a great place for a relaxing quiet day by the pool. The hotel staff was wonderful and vey accommodating

We booked this to have a place to relax in the midst of French Quarter Fest and we were so happy we did! The temperature of the pool was so nice considering it was a breezy spring day and the staff was great! 10/10 WOULD BOOK AGAIN

Perfect break from the chaos!

Food was fantastic!  We enjoyed our day, however, the pool area could have been cleaner.  Unique building with a lovely courtyard.  It would be nice if the hotel had a separate bathroom for pool guests.  It felt akward using the restarant bathrooms to change.

Great Location

The location was perfect right in the French quarter! The view of the court yard and pool was breathtaking! I needed to kill time before my late after flight home and being able to enjoy the sun pool side with a heated pool at that was perfection! The staff at The W was friendly and helpful! The food was great! And the easy accessibility with using Resortpass to book a relaxing day made for the great best way o end my trip!! Will be using Resortpass again, and if I ever visit Nola again will definitely go back to The W Hotel! 

Great location 

Great location, one cabana. Beautiful but small pool, Mostly in the shade by noon. No poolside service, and we asked a few times and they kept saying someone would come out. 

Check in was a breeze, they took care of parking in no time. We came in just in time for brunch on a 90º day. Cory who took care of us superbly by the pool and made sure we had plenty of ice water throughout the day, in addition to food and drinks. The pool is situated in a quiet and cute courtyard with plenty of sun and shade as you like. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat.
