Deceptive Staff at Iberostar Resort

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Iberostar resort. After spending the entire day at the resort, we wanted to purchase a night pass to continue enjoying the facilities. However, the staff refused to let us buy the pass and gave no legitimate reason, simply stating that none were available. This claim was clearly false, as we found out that night passes were still available for purchase online.

The staff's behavior felt discriminatory and dishonest. Instead of providing transparent and consistent information, they treated us with a dismissive and unwelcoming attitude. This kind of service is unacceptable and goes against the inclusive and respectful environment that Iberostar claims to uphold.

I expected much better from a resort of this reputation. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I hope the management takes steps to address such issues to prevent future guests from experiencing the same treatment.


**Disappointing and  Discriminatory Experience at 

This was our first time at Iberostar. We were not disappointed. Everything was beautiful! Pools pristine and plentiful. Buffets were awesome and tasty. We will return again. 

Beautiful hotel

We opted for a daybed and that part was great. Food is ok- drinks were not good at all. Stick with beer. Nice pool area and overall nice resort.

Large resort and nice day 

My husband and I were staying at our family condo very close by and decided to celebrate my birthday at the Iberostar Paraiso Beach Resort. We ordered our day passes on line and the site was easy to navigate and took no im time at all. We showed up in the lobby the next morning and started our day. The food was amazing. The drinks were great and the facilities were awesome. There were lots of deck chairs and lots of shade! We will be back

Awesome Day Pass

Exquisite location, food & drinks a plenty. Once our party of 7 passed through security and front desk, we had a blast!  Beach, pool, volleyball, pool sports competition and so much more!  Great value and fun!  Super safe too! 

Total escapism

i bought the spa day pass for 2337pesos especialy to enjoy the cold bath and the steam room ... but the steam room was OUT OF ORDER and the cold bath was not cold enough . this experience was not iberostar standar .

The resort is beautiful and the breakfast was so good. The pool was nice and the people there were friendly. However the facility was huge beyond expectation. There were no maps and we couldnt find anything we needed. The pool and beach are separated. There were kids running and screaming and splashing all over the place despite there being a separate area for kids. The lunch food was horrendous which was surprising because of how good breakfast was. 

Good not great

For a day pass, this was not what I read on the internet. No real "lazy river" relaxing float, food was not up to par, and most of the cabanas were not included in the day rate cost. No comfortable changing facilities - not clean enough.

Disappointed 

The place is beautiful!  Everything is kept immaculate,  but the drinks are terrible and the food is okay.
