All the other reviews are accurate and I wish I saw them before booking. The photos of the hotel on the booking far exceed the reality of the hotel. This is not a hotel pool that should be offered on resort pass. Its giving discount hotel pool vibes. The only thing they had going for them was the food was very good. The upstairs pool and the downstairs pool both had construction going on, as did inside the hotel. We were suppose to get 10% off our bill including alcohol and the bill was -$3.50 on a $180 bill but I was done for the day and didnt feel like looking into it more. Youre also suppose to get discounted valet (their valet is $50 a night, that hotel is not luxurious enough for that cost to begin with) but the discount brings it down to $20 and change we were charged the whole $50 but they insist it will change to $20 on our credit card and were waiting to see when it shows posted. Just find a different hotel in Miami. 

Felt like we got scammed 

The hotel is under construction. Everything has an extra charge, so the day pass is pretty much just to access the pool. No umbrellas and no chairs included. The first-floor pool is still under construction, the second-floor pool was okay with the cabanas are $250 and for an outdated hotel is not worth it. The pool chairs were all sold out. It was air and sea show, so it was a good entertainment from the pool but besides that choose another hotel.

There wasn't a chair available on the beach and pool total rip off and no refund so far 

Terrible 

My first experience with Resort Pass was a disaster marked by poor customer service and disorganization. After a 2-hour and 45-minute drive, we encountered delays at check-in, a lack of available daybeds despite our reservation, and unhelpful staff, including a rude manager. Although a restaurant supervisor named Antwan was sympathetic and suggested requesting a refund as the hotel
was ovwrbooked, the overall experience was awful. The situation was exacerbated by having to pay $26 for parking and the unavailability of Resort Pass customer service to assist with 
my refund. This experience has left me with a lasting negative impression, and I will strongly advise against using this service.

Very unorganized and Horrible customer service!!!

Never going back to this place, no umbrellas or chairs, on the other hand the food was amazing.

Expect to be beaten by the sun at this hotel.

Service was horrible, didnt have chairs or umbrellas, we had to lay down on the sand with our towels under the sun, not what I expected.

Cabana

When we arrived we were greeted by Pedro. He was super attentive and made sure our stay was exceptional. He kept checking in on us to make sure we had what we needed (towels, service, information). Then we had the pleasure of meeting Arthur our poolside server. Arthur let us know about the us know about the food and drink specials and kept checking up on us to make sure we were okay with food and drinks. We were celebrating our friends birthday and Pedro and Arthur made sure we had a VIP treatment. Thank you to both Pedro and Arthur for making this stay memorable. We will certainly be back.

It is a scam that they add this hotel when it is being remodeled, the pool does not work, many things do not work and the hotel is 0 pleasant between and I did not stay because I wanted a pleasant day for me and my children and the state of the hotel is not pleasant and I need a refund
