Great place

Overall a good experience but when the shuttle driver dropped us off he practically stood there with his hand out, waiting for and expecting a tip even though we had to stand for the ride because he packed us in the shuttle. Kind of rude

Had hours to spend awaiting my flight home from a cruise. Such a beautiful hotel. Learned my flight was delayed and couldn't have been at a nicer place to wait it out!  Will definitely come back to stay for a week next time!

Wonderful!

Enjoyed the Hilton Miami airport. Really close to the airport and shuttle was timely and convenient. Pool was amazing. Lots of chairs and umbrellas and trees for shade. Bathrooms a little rough. Lobby was nice. Food and drink was pricey. Overall a good deal. 

Nice pool day

Booked this without doing my research.  
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. 
The pool area was ok initially however as the day wore on people left their plates and rubbish which caused some to go in the pool.
There were also a group of teenagers shouting in and around the pool and on occasions playing music on a speaker, appreciate they were  there to have a good time but there was no consideration for anyone else and half of them were in the pool with their clothes on!  There were no pool attendants around to keep an eye on things.  
The hotel lobby seemed quite dated,  a couple of chairs had a rip in and one had the head rest hanging off.  Its a shame, Hilton used to be top hotelier but I wouldnt choose to go back to this one.

The good was really good and the drinks very good, i stay there because I was waiting for my flight and I had to check very early so this was a great place to stay
