Front desk guy was amazing and working on Fathers Day. Super nice, and took care of us. 
 I did not however like kids splashing around the pool as we tried to relax but, I understand its a public place. I got charged for 2 times  and wrote a email, and so far havent gotten a response. That was over 4 days ago. 
 I will be back again as its very convenient from me , and later on it was very peaceful as all of them cleared out, and it was amazing to relax and swim, nice and quiet. Bar staff were amazing and efficient and friendly.

What a great place for a gal pal summer afternoon!  Check woman was super nice and having the bar and grill was convenient.

Hot Summer Day

Pros: clean pool; friendly check-in; close to my home.
Cons: few opportunities for shade; saw lots of flying ants and spiders; far too many teens and children on a weekday; amenities promised two bottles of water, but no water was offered or found

Pros and Cons

I was blown away with the responsiveness of this hotel (messaged through Facebook messenger) and the customer service was through the roof. Couple that with a picture perfect pool day (with easy accessible food/drinks/alcohol), we will for sure be back!

GREAT LOCATION WITH EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly upon check-in. We snagged one of the cabanas which was fantastic with two young kiddos. Pool was nice and they had the Rangers game on the jumbo screen in the afternoon. Also enjoyed snacks and drinks at the bar and grill and snack shop inside.

Easy to check in and get the wrist band and pool key card. Quiet afternoon. 

Nice and relaxing 

Very difficult experience in getting to use the facilities last Sunday. I had a paid for day at the pool. Major problems on the front desk. Front desk staff- would- not issue a key to get back into the pool area after using the restroom facilities off the pool. Flatly refused. Female front desk clerk later, quote- we dont want you to have access to other parts of the hotel end quote. Wow. The day before with .a paid reservation, Laura on the front desk issued me the key to return to the pool without any issues. Not sure why I denied an  key to return to the pool. Female front desk clerk would not tell me her name, refused to give me the name of  General Manager. Then -her-boss said to share her name. I asked for an an email for the GM. Was given a false email I showed her supervisor where l could not get back in. I had a green wrist band watching as others w green wrist band pass by using their cards to get back. He told me he would check. Never came back. Left humiliated. Pandemonium 

Very unpleasant 

I brought my own towel but they had towels there.  It was clean and location was very convenient for me.

Nice for the price

Easy check in, bar and grill food is amazing. Staff is great. The pool was not packed and huge. They have little ducks too. Clean and cool looking.
