National Hotel Miami Beach

Facilities and equipment were all high quality and well maintained. I went on a weekday, and it was not crowded at all. Adult only is a huge plus. And beach access is so nice. Would definitely go back. 

100% worth it

I would say the property looks very nice, however be aware of false advertisement on Resort Pass: "Reserved plush lounge chair and umbrella" means first come first serve. Only if you reserve a Cabana they will also reserve additional chairs for you. According to Hotel staff Resort Pass website  is lying. However, the hotel was not able to accommodate us and told us to leave with a comment that will cancel our our ticket on Resort Pass, but wouldn't give us a proof a cancelation. 
While speaking to the Assistant Director of Front Desk - Alejandra Quinones, her Manager came out, shook my hand and started saying that they will accommodate us and once Alejandra whispered to him that we were not the same guests ... he just walked away with. 
Also their Valley is way overprices - I know it is Miami beach, but $35 for 4hrs, $45 for 6hr and so on is way too much even for Miami Beach. 
Customer service is a big part of an experience! Their Staff is in need a of customer service training!

Rude, rude staff inclusive of Managers

Great experience 

My friends and I really enjoyed ourselves. Checking in was a breeze. Customer service was on point, staff were extremely friendly and personable. We were upgraded to a cabana due there not being any pool chairs available, which was a nice touch. There were two pools, the larger one was very convenient as there was more space to swim around. Food was good, drinks were amazing. We went over the $50 budget but nobody kept track anyway. Overall it was a 10/10 experience. If I find myself in Miami again, I'll for sure be booking this hotel again. 

Wonderful experience!

It's a beautiful scene, the food is great ( I recommend the shrimp tacos), and the amenities are unbeatable. I love that you can take a leisurely walk to the beach and back, plus a free bag check. Special thanks to Miguel, Malcolm, and Juan for making the National Hotel feel like home. 

Great Location & Service

The hotel is very nice and the pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. The pools are clean one is smaller but the other pool is really big. The smaller pool is heated. The lounge chairs are nice and comfortable. The service was great! We had a couple of drinks and had lunch there the food was very good.

Great day!

First experience getting a resort day pass and it was well worth it in my opinion.  The pool was lovely and exactly what I expected from the photos.  Very comfortable lounger and great, attentive service.  The bar/restaurant is also very good so I had no issues hitting the spending requirement (although it didn't seem to be tracked, so you might be able to get away with not hitting it).

Nothing special. You could grab a towel and find a nice spot on the beach.
