Sonesta Miami Airport

We got a daycation room from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to rest after our cruise before we flew back to Alaska that night.  Basic room that was clean and quiet.  Check in was quick and they let us check in an hour early which was super nice.  IHOP about .4 miles from the hotel - the hotel had a buffet breakfast that looked good too.  I would do this option again when traveling.  

Friendly and Clean

Stayed here for the first time. Will def be back again. Arrive at 0930 for a 1000 booking and was immediately given a room. Also had no issues finding the free hotel shuttle that arrived every 20mins on the hour.

Great strategic location, free airport transfers

Very convenient to the airport. The hotel was very clean and was near some gas stations and restaurants. The hotel offered a free shuttle to get us to and from the airport.

I was over charged . Multiple transactions were made without my consent . Currently waiting for bank to hopefully give me my money back. 

Horrible experience 

We had to be off our ship by 10:30am and our plane for home didn't leave until 9:30pm. We used the Resort Pass app to book a room here at the Sonesta and were able to check in right away and stay until 5pm.  Got much needed rest before heading to the airport! 

Perfect for time between cruise/airport!

What a beautiful hotel full of attentive staff and the rooms could not be more comfortable and clean. Great location.

Day room

We had a day to spend in Miami with a weeks worth of luggage. I chose this one for the location near the airport and the nice looking pool. After checking in we dropped our luggage off and headed to the pool to lounge for the day. Beautiful day in Miami and NO POOL!  They offered the hotel next door and it was so crowded we couldnt get inside. Although the room was nice and it was great to have a place to relax before our flight left, I wouldn't have paid $139 for it had I known there was no pool as advertised.

Take a break at the pool or in a guest room at this perfectly situated hotel.
