Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We really enjoyed the main pool, and the bartender on April 17. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff looked miserable, and tired. Except the pool activities staff. The food was just ok. The check in at the front desk was less than friendly. They asked to keep our passports/ DL's. And were unable to provide us with information about the resort. Just a "download the app".

We had such a great day, our children absolutely loved the childrens pool area. The whole hotel was stunning and had such a great vibe and the food was lovely.
Would definitely go back!

Amazing Hotel

This was the second resort pass that we did on our visit to Cancun. It was more expensive than the first hotel and was only from 10am to 6pm (the first one we did was from 9am-11pm). The food was subpar and bottom shelf liquor only unless you buy a bottle but the facilities were great. There were 7 adults and 3 kids in our group. The 4yr old lost her flimsy wrist band (sunscreen and swimming will do that) and when we went to check out the clerk told us we would have to pay $50 to get her passport back. The clerk held a 4yr old child passport HOSTAGE because she lost her wristband. Finally, he said it would cost $20. Tired and frustrated we paid the $20 and the clerk immediately placed it in his pocket. This did not feel right to me so I made him type up a receipt for the $20. This hotel is disrespectful to day pass visitors and will shake you down. Avoid at all cost.
