It was all great, I just had a slight uncomfortable inconvenience which has never happened before... I was assigned a room key for a room on the second floor, and as I accessed the room, the fob light went green and I unlocked and entered a room that was occupied... window shades closed, belongings all over the place... I didn't even make it in time to see if anyone was in the bed but I closed the door immediately and I went down to the front desk... I was concerned for my safety because you never know how a person might react if they feel like a stranger is breaking into their hotel room. I was lucky that it didn't escalate, but it was definitely a dampening experience in our stay. Everything else was okay. Great location in Surfside. 

Decent Location, Near The Beach

We wanted some pool and relaxing time and got exactly like that. Pool was quiet, not too busy, could have used some low music, but fine nonetheless. 

Beach chairs were inexpensive, even though we didnt get them, it was a nice option to have. Room was clean and staff was friendly. 

Pool bar can def be a little more attentive and quicker but for a quiet hotel it was fine. 

Nice atmosphere 

This is not on the beach and pool not looks like a Clear water , not good service at all. We wanted towels 30 minutes 

Not great quality hotel and pool.

My husband and I booked a pool cabana at this hotel to spend the afternoon with our daughter. Even though the hotel couldn't find our booking through Resort Pass right away they handled the situation very gracefully and not long after a hotel concierge walked us up to the pool. The cabana booking included water bottles and a bottle of sparkling wine which was a nice touch. The pool is large and clean, there are lawn games in the pool area and a few iguanas roam the area freely, which didn't bother us but some guests were very alarmed by them. The parking situation is a little weird, as they have a parking garage and told us it was comped, and it was, but as we were exiting there was no-one at the gate so I had to go to the front desk and wait for someone to come and open the gate for us. I'm sure there is an easier way. All in all we had a wonderful afternoon and would recommend this property for a nice family afternoon.

Not a good experience

The pool was beautiful and spotless we were escorted to the pool on the third floor and given fresh towels and lounge chairs really enjoyed 

Gorgeous heated pool

The cabana has garbage and fridge filled with old drinks. The food took over an hour and half to arrive. Bad service. Had to go to the bar to check and ask for everything.

Do not recommend 

Across the street from Surfside Beach. The parking garage is indoors (nice in the heat) and only $19/day which is cheaper than street parking.
