Awesome experience from start to finish! I took full advantage of the day pass and used it from 8AM to 8PM as listed on the pass. I was able to use the fitness facility, booked a massage for 20% off, & had 30 USD towards the pool service. Check in process was very simple at the front desk and check out process at the pool was easy, just had to mention I was with ResortPass and show them my wrist band.

The resort was BEAUTIFUL. Infinity pool that overlooked the ocean. Pool service was fast and there was a large pool food menu. The spa allowed me to use their lockers for the day to store my belongings. 

12/10 experience, I would absolutely recommend if ever in the area!

Great Experience

Very loud, construction noise, the adult pool was closed, loud music, loud activity. I COULD NOT RELAX. VERY LOUD.

Wonderful Experience

It was worth every penny! I spent the entire day by the pool, the staff was lovely and the vibe was great. I enjoyed it some much, I came back the next day.

The hotel was very nice, but unfortunately the day that I had booked, they had a private event and some of the pools were blocked off, which left the other pool is very crowded and poolside service very slow

This was our third time visiting the Grand Hyatt. The food is good, the service is great and the views are spectacular!

Paradise in Playa

Went for my birthday super nice hotel right on the beach.  I had only been here before for the cenote spa a few times.  Had decent food although had to search to find the food included with day pass.  Only negative was to change we had to use lobby bathroom which was a pretty long walk up hill

Such a relaxing day by the pool overlooking the ocean. Food was great, and a gorgeous location.

A lot of pools for everyone to use.  It did not feel packed.  Great baby pool and kid pools.  Service was slow, we had to ask for our towels, they never gave complimentary water bottles until we asked for it in the end.  The resort doesn't know about the $30 resort credit per person.  They go by a different set of policies when it comes to resort credit for day passes.  They owe $10 in food credit but we didnt want to spend time arguing over $10.  Resort pass needs to make sure that whatever they advertise on their website is also clear on the resorts side.

Location is very close to 5th Ave.  

We are 3 to daycation, my wife, my baby (4 months) old, and me. We spent the entire day using the 3 pools and the sea in front of our beach chair. Was one of most wonderful experience we have lived in Cancun.
