What a wonderful place with a great spot on the beach! The food and drinks  were awesome.  We would definitely come back again!

Fantastic Getaway!

We had a great time at Pink Shell!  We will be back.  Such a variety of pools, we ended up at the adult pool and it was a little more quiet and peaceful.  The waitresses were so friendly.  I think they were a little short on help the day we were there, but it didn't impact our service.  The young valet gentlemen were so kind and nice that valet was included.  I can't say enough about this location and the amenities.  We will be back.

Nice hotel . Went to the adult pool to be adults and would have liked waitresses service and music.
The main pool had lots of little kids in it .

Fantastic 

We have been staying and enjoying the Pink Shell for over 5 years now. My parents currently have a second home in Estero, so we often purchase a day pass to enjoy the beach, pools, and amenities. Though the passes are pricey, especially on the weekend, the price is worth it. Pink Shell did an incredible job rebuilding and remodeling everything after the hurricane, including the adult pool area. We appreciate the effort to keep kids under 17 out of this area to allow for older adults to have a place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous atmosphere. A few kids ended up in the pool and management took care of it right away. We suggest placing an additional sign closer to the pool informing families of this adult pool rule. There are many families with kids that enjoy the resort and having that adult area is essential for us to return. We have a 2 bedroom condo booked for a few nights in a few weeks and hope to have the same relaxing and enjoyable experience. 

Beautiful Resort

I previously visited this resort with my two children before Hurricane Ian. The most recent visit felt as if I was being nickeled and dimed for everything. The valet parking is convenient, but there should be an option for self-parking when paying such a premium to visit the hotel for one day. The restaurant food was average, the quality of the Pia Colada went down even though the price increased, and now there's an 18% gratuity that's mandatory on all food purchases, regardless of the party size (including ice cream).

Unfortunately, I may have to find a new way to enjoy a beach day. I didn't feel I got value for my money. One day cost me over $300 for the resort visit and a subpar lunch that included Kraft macaroni and cheese for my children.

Very expensive now.

Pink shell

I purchased resort passes for the Pink Shell to celebrate my mom's birthday on the beach. Rebecca at check-in was pleasant and very helpful. The towels, chairs, and umbrellas were lovely. I recommend arriving early since space by the pool deck was limited, though there was plenty of room on the beach.

Had a great day at the beach and the 3 pools!  Everyone was so freindley and willing to help us enjoy our day.. 1 thing we did not have anyone come over to our chair and get our drink orders we we up to the bar.  enjoyed our visit!
