This is a review of the customer service of Breathless resort and the Resort pass company they contract with. Not much to say about amenities, but can also review my experience at the Oceana restaurant and what I saw on the night I went as far as entertainment.

Walked to to Breathless 6/15; unable to purchase a day pass (their phone numbers via USA and Jamaican phone numbers were out of service hence we had to walk over there in person) our family was staying there for the weekend; and we were going to join them on one of the nights. We were told by the resort folks (after 15 minutes of speaking to us through a closed gate, not at the front desk) that they were at 95% capacity and were not allowed to sell any resort day passes.  They do not sell them on the property, you have to purchase it via the resort pass website.  We were bummed, but we were recommended to come back the next day so we did.

After a roadtrip around Jamaica, it was a well needed rest. Good food and good vibes. 

Day at breathlesz

Breathless was lovely secrets was a bit tired. Sunbeds were great. Security was strict & reassuring. Food in oceans seafood could of been hotter.

Great Spot

The staff at breathless goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Very nice resort. We had a wonderful time. The beach is super rocky. Definitely bring water shoes. My husband is handicap and he has a couple of issues. The resort is a 4 minute taxi ride from the carnival cruise port. 

Great Service  

This was my first ever day pass experience and I am definitely sold! There was no long wait to get checked in, I was greeted by friendly staff and a glass of champaign, food was delicious and plentiful, drink service on the beach was a little slow but thats to be expected at a busy resort- I didn't mind getting up to grab my own drink quicker. The resort was clean, fun, peaceful, both at the pool and the connecting beach access to the adjacent resort. I purchased an additional spa service which was worth every penny. All in all I feel what I paid was worth it!

Love it

I will absolutely go back to this resort. Everything was amazing!  The food, the beach, the cabanas, the resort, the pool, the view, and the people were all truly top notch.   Teresa and Cameron were so kind to us.  Carlos cut down fresh coconuts and we enjoyed coconut milk as we left the resort.   The location was not far from the cruise port so we easily grabbed a taxi and were able to spend the whole day there.   It was easy to check in and was not over packed with lots of people.   Highly recommend. 

Beautiful Everything! 

The star rating isnt for the resort itself, because it looked really nice, the staff I encountered was quite nice, and overall the amenities seemed decent. 

I just realized that for the cost of a day pass..I will never eat or drink that much in the allotted timeframe, that its simply not worth it and I would not do again! I also thought the resort (though nice) lacked vibes and energy.
