Pool was just ok.  Looks way better than it is.  Beach access was great.  Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant.

We loved bringing our own tube and floating in the lazy river. It was a great place to relax with ocean view.

Spring Hill Suites is the best! I can swim in the pool while my husband is just steps away in the ocean! Access to clean restrooms and a Starbies is a major plus! 

Amazing Time!

We had a HORRIBLE experience today and the team was helpful and said they would have you authorize a refund for us as we left after only an hour. Front desk agents name who helped us was Yamaan. 

This was not AT ALL as described. There was NOT service at the cabana as the description states.

Also the lazy river waterfalls were broken and cabana was gross and not maintained. 

The hotel staff said they agreed it was not as described and that your site was falsely advertising. 

Staff was VERY friendly and they know its not as described on your site sad for them to have to deal with.

Good time

So happy to find this resort on our recent trip. We stay with family nearby so having the option of a day pass to enjoy the pool was incredible. I really appreciated having a table and umbrella next to our chairs so we did not have to keep food and drink on the ground. My four year old loved the lazy river section of the pool, and it was so nice having food options on site. Towel service was a major plus, as it meant less stuff for us to bring along.  Easy beach access and friendly helpful staff. We had an excellent day and will probably be back any time we are visiting family in the area. Planning to rent a cabana next time!
