Wonderful hotel. The food at the beach could have been better, but everything else was excellent.

Beautiful Hotel

It was an easy booking and check in process! The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating! Having access to water sport activities while sitting on the beach was an added bonus.

Excellent option for a day visit!

We had such a lovely time at British Colonial. The pool, grounds and beach were quite enjoyable.  Plenty of space, chairs, sunbeds and even fun activities on the beach (seated tandem water bike, paddleboard, etc)...and the bar drinks were delicious! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Resort

This was our first time using Resort Pass and it was so much fun! They had 2 sides of the pool that were amazing and the beach was clean and the view was great! They had a ton of water activities like paddle boards, kayaks, and even water bikes. It was such a fun day for our cruise port day. I will definitely use Resort Pass again because of this great experience! 

Family fun!

We booked the hotel at the last minute after a pre-booked tour suddenly cancelled.  This hotel is perfect - a short walk from the pier and you enter a quiet relaxed place with a lovely pool, a small but large-enough private beach area, plenty of chairs and umbrellas, with towels provided.  We brought our snorkel masks and could just watch schools of fish in the quiet water.  It was an idyllic beach and pool day - highly recommend if you want a low key beach/pool day in Nassau without a crowd.

Awesome daycation

I hate Nassau. I do. I've been on over 200 cruises and usually just enjoy the ship rather then deal with the crowds and have nothing to do.  I decided I needed a beach/pool day, especially considering how gross pools are on cruise ships.  I looked at Resort Pass and saw a great deal for the British Royal Hotel.  Only a few feet away from the end of the new pier area.  Once you wall in the front door, the lobby looks like a movie set.  When you walk out to the pool area your smile grows even larger.  They have two main pool areas (including the infinity pool past the bar).  The beach was being swept and cleaned when I arrived at 930am.   The water temps were perfect and they provide towel service.  Ms Crystal was our pool server and the food and drinks (hamburger and voodoo punch) were great.  I can't say enough about my surprise regarding how much we enjoyed out day there.  I'll do it again next time I'm in Nassau.

Great day but they changed it around from March when we were there-
Thankfully we had signed up ahead of time because they couldn't deal with it in the hotel and made us walk all the way to this little booth by the beach rather than just check in like we did last time at the regular hotel front desk check in and there were all these people standing around who didn't seem to know what they were doing and again thankfully I had brought a printed copy of my email confirmation so they just gave us the wristbands and that was that-
I think it would definitely be a problem to just walk in for a day pass-
So thankful we had registered in advance-

The staff was super friendly. The beach was beautiful and private. The pools were amazing! I would go back again without a doubt!
