Laid-Back Luxury

My visit what nothing short of Amazing. The staff was attentive to my every  need, from the valent,  front desk, and pool service.  The restaurant service and food was top tier, it's  a must visit.

Absolutely Amazing, with one exception  

Check in was easy and fast. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and walked us over to the pool. We were given two cards to use for towels and other services. Once at the pool, we had a server come over and set up our chairs with extra towels. We were giving a menu initially. I thought the food was going to be mediocre, but it was amazing. We had the fish tacos and burger 10/10! we also had two cocktails and while pricey they were delish! They had free cold water in coolers around the area. Free sunblock and alovera oil (the server didnt tell us about them we just found them on our way out). Heated pool was amazing! 10/10! They have floaters and things to play with. Also Restrooms were well stocked and super clean for you to change clothing. The valet was pricey $50+ so you can also consider ubering to the location if thats an option. Lastly there is some smaller pool and hot tub for kids and elderly folks. Temp of water was perfect. Plenty of umbrellas for everyone! 12/10!!!

Amazing experience!

Great hotel 

Great attentive staff, everyone is very courteous. The pool area was ok, I have been  to other Ritzs and this one was not as elegant and posh as others.  

Attentive staff, pool area ok

I chose the Ritz for a peaceful day at the pool and I got it. The food was excellent, drinks were delicious, service was as expected. Everything was going great until a short thunderstorm occurred. The hotel closed the pool for weather which was understandable. While we waited for the storm to pass we decided to explore the kid zone and restaurant area. Unfortunately this is where my 5 star review drops to 3 stars. The hotel not only closed the pool, they closed kid zone and the restaurant as well. We were unable to use the day pass as advertised even though we were willing to wait for the storm to pass (and it did pass), the hotel refused to reopen the pool for the rest of the day. We were only able to enjoy 2 hrs of the day pass. Mngmt stated this is standard protocol for them. Im glad I experienced this with a day pass vs being a guest bc I would never book a room with a hotel that doesnt Re-open amenities after a storm. Luckily day pass refunded me, the hotel refused to assist.

Perfect day away 

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. It wouldve been a 5 star rating if I didnt have to wait 2 hours to get my waiters attention to ask for some chips & guac with water.

Great time. It was seamless and felt like I was apart of the hotel. My only wish is that we had access to the spa amenities as well.
