My girlfriends and I booked this day pass on a day when our cruise was in port. What a hidden gem! Hotel is adorable! We loved the relaxing, boho, chill vibe, and we enjoyed the pool and loungers. Beautiful views of the ships. Towels were included. Pina coladas were excellent. Staff was super nice. We appreciated the showers and changing areas. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St Thomas. Taxi to the downtown area and back was $5 pp. Only negative was that we had to be back on the ship by 2:30pm and the kitchen did not open for lunch until 1pm so we did not get to eat while there. Not a big deal though. 

A hidden gem!

This was the perfect, relaxing day for 4 ladies cruising together. Not crowded, phenomenal views, nice amenities and fantastic adult drinks! They called a taxi for us at the end of our time. 
Towels, WiFi, showers provided. 

Fantastic Day 

Love the pink aesthic. The location and parking was very hard to locate. Staff was nice and friendly. The view was amazing and we got great pictures. 

Great view 

I totally enjoyed my time at this hotel, but quickly realized that paying for the resort pass wasn't necessary if I had reservations to eat at the restaurant. So ultimately it felt like I wasted $50 plus fees. 

Beautiful Hotel with delicious food & great staff!

We arrived by cruise ship to St. Thomas and anticipated 5 ships in port. Any excursion would have been crazy crowded so we took advantage of a day pass at the Pink Palm Hotel. Booking thru ResortPass was a breeze! The Pink Palm is lovely, quiet and very clean. The staff was super kind and welcoming. The amenities, pool, changing room, bar and restaurant were all excellent. I had the BEST creamy pina colada ever! The lounge areas were comfortable with lovely, lush tropical plantings in abundance. The taxis at the port are large and want to fill up before taking you anywhere. We were fortunate to jump on one that was almost full and took us to downtown Charlotte Amalie. From there we walked. When they say its uphill, believe it! The staff at Pink Palm kindly arranged a taxi to return us to the port. Highly recommend making prior transportation arrangements to get you to the resort. The resort is multi-level; expect multiple sets of steps. Would we return? Absolutely! Truly a hidden gem!

Beautiful, Quiet, and Tropical

Be prepared for a lot of steps 30-40 to get to the pool area. This hotel is built into a hill and no elevators, so thats your workout. It gives chic LA 1920s vibes with its pink and green decor. Pool was fabulous and although the restaurant was busy for Sunday brunch we had a great meal and drinks were good too. I will be booking a room here when I return to St Thomas. The hotel also has locations in Hamptons NY.

Views, atmosphere, service 

Used this resort pass for the day before a later in the day flight out of STT. Amazingly chic, good location and staff seemed to love working there. 10/10 

Perfectly cutie patootie 

We had an amazing day @ Pink Palm! The bartender took great care in crafting cocktails, lunch was well prepared and the public spaces were designed with attention to relaxation. So cute!! We loved it!


Money well spent!

It was absolutely beautiful, with a great view, staff was friendly, drinks were great.
