Lounge chairs are complimentary for hotel guests and are reserved by time slots. Only one reservation is allowed per day for all guests. Kids are only permitted to use the Morning Pool Lounge Chair time slot. All other time slots are adults 21+ only. 

Reserve a Cabana

Cabanas are complimentary for hotel guests to rent, but require a food and beverage minimum outlined below. Only one reservation is allowed per day for all guests. Cabanas are reserved for adults 21+ only.

Beautiful View

I booked a cabana at Arlo in Willamsburg. Resort Pass did not contact me to let me know that the pool was going to be closed for the day, as they were concerned about weather a bit later in the day. The Hotel had let Resort Pass know, but Resort Pass did not let us know, so I showed up with 5 women who had all taken the day off of work. I wrote to resort pass that very day and it is one month later and they have still not refunded me or offered a credit, or responded to a handful of follow up emails. So basically, Resort Pass stole $400 from me. Arlo was very sweet to us and gave us free mimosas to try and make up for the mess of Resort Pass.

Awful experience with resort pass

I really enjoy coming here on a day off in the summer. Lounge chairs are comfortable, nice music is always playing, pool is great, views are beautiful, and they have a decent drink and food menu. The downstairs food menu at the front lobby bar is also great for larger plates of food if you're still hungry! 

Great location

Loved this pool! Took away 1 star bc the pool is definitely not heated and was freezing the first weekend of summer. It also took 30+ minutes to get a drink - so would not reco coming here planning on having a bunch of drinks! Besides those things I loved it. The staff was friendly, food was good. Direct sunlight on the pool :)

We paid $1000 for lounge chairs for 4 ppl for 2 hours only to find out we had no access to the pool! Not worth it!

Great views, great pool, not too many people. The music could have been better and wifi could have been stronger.

I liked it better when it was just the Williamsburg hotel, food was better before, now the selection is boring
