We visited the pool and hot tub in the morning hours and had the space to ourselves! I loved the music they played and the bar available for drinks. It was so refreshing and relaxing! Beautiful flower containers and comfortable padded lounge chairs. Perfect!

Great pool day!

This hotel has the nicest staff at the front desk and the pool. They ask you how youre are doing and if you need anything and dont hover. The pool was warm and on the 5th floor so I absolutely loved it.

Great employees

My girlfriends & I bought a day pass here for one of our birthdays. We were excited for the bar & pool side snacks the pass said would be available. We were disappointed upon arrival to find out there was no bar tender, and the restaurant to get snacks is five levels down. After reviewing the menus out by the pool we finally made our way back downstairs to retrieve our drinks to find out they didn't even have the same menu. The bar also couldn't make a simple flavored margarita. We ended up leaving to eat elsewhere even though we had originally planned to stay at the pool to drink & snack & lounge all day. It was not worth the $30 and we were sad the pass did not include everything that was stated. 

Not Impressed 

We loved our day passes, we had access to the Sauna, hot tub, pool and fitness center. You're able to enter from the  shops at crown center as well as the hotel entrance. We plan on going back either this weekend or next weekend.

Beautiful location.

Great pool, and nice facilities.  The parking voucher is only worth $3, so you pay $11 or more, $3 is cheap and barely a benefit, not happy with the parking element at all.  

Great pool!

So we were so excited to try this place. I have a at home sauna at home its a wet sauna we came for the dry sauna because I have a wet sauna at home. sadly thr wet sauna was so hot it was like impossible to go into my friend and I went into the sauna and we had to turn right back around because it was extremely too hot and no one could turn it down or anything. I sadly kinda feel like I wanted a refund or to be able to come back on a day when its not like extremely hot. Sadly there was like no one at the front desk that could even help so it kinda was like Id like to chat with management about it but thats like idk impossible. My hand and arm was burned badly as well as my leg and my friends hand was badly burned and his chest. We both tryed to inform staff on the area but they just acted like they didnt care. We had to go to the bathrooms and run cold water over our hands because it was so bad. I still have marks on my legs

Lovely space with greenery and a waterfall. A special experience :-)

Super quiet upscale workout facility 

The hotel lobby is huge with a lot of places to sit, the waterfall fountain inside is really nice and being connected to the Crown Centre mall was very convenient.

In the 80s this hotel was probably considered high end but it clearly has been sorely neglected since then. Pool was slimy at the bottom and the entire area in general was not well maintained. Did not see a single staff member the entire time. There was and old couch and TV in the womens locker room, literally from the 80s. Overall very strange. 3/10 do not recommend.

Quite dated and bizarre. Not worth it.
