The Domain Hotel Sunnyvale

When we arrived, we saw technicians circling a dirty hot tub and pouring in bleach and chlorine.  They were consulting with each other because of the murky nature of the water. 

When we finished eating, we changed into bathing suits and decided to swim in the big pool. We were already certain we would avoid the jacuzzi. But one foot in, and we realized that the pool was not heated and there were many dead bugs floating around. DISGUSTING! 

We told the staff member at the front desk when we left. Instead of being appalled, they just said, OK, and then asked us if we used our towels. We said no, and they seemed to proceed to store it for future use. YUCK!

All in all, I am disgusted by the hygiene of this place. We have emailed resort pass customer service and hope they will actually refund us. Depending on how they respond, I may or may not use resort pass again, either! I will absolutely contact the better business bureau!

Disgusting pools

This was our first Resort Pass experience and it was great! My only two gripes were that the cafe/bar area wasn't open (we were hoping to have lunch on site) and the hot tub was filthy or maybe out of order. Other than that, it was a lovely day poolside with my daughter. The hotel is clean and the lovely woman at the front desk was so kind. 

Great experience

The person at the front desk was extremely polite but the pool area was just okay! It was a bit small and the pool water wasnt very clean. 

It was decent 

No frills at this location. Great weather and not crowded is all we needed. Service by hotel was lacking but bartender was good. 

Quiet location

Mothers Day

Had a free Wednesday afternoon on a nice day. Checked in to pool around noon. Stayed for 4 hours. Only one other guest was there the entirety, a couple guests popped in and out. Very clean,  comfortable chairs, great staff! Definitely booking again!

Serenity 

The pool was great- went on a hot afternoon and had it all to ourselves. There were shady and sunny parts of the deck. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the market  had a variety of adult and other beverages and snacks.

Chilling atmosphere 

We made the reservation the morning of on a holiday.  We had a great time, the pool was empty, and we were very comfortable. Would definitely go again.

Great last minute pool day

Me gusto mucho la piscina, realmente el lugar estaba limpio y con buen servicio. Hace falta una ducha en la zona de la piscina o los banos
